Professor Ove Hoegh-Guldberg highlight that global worming will not have only a devastating effect on coral but also on the all the waters worldwide. This would mean for Australia, less fishing (which provides ¼ of the worlds food supply in developed countries) but also a reduction in travel and the tourism industry.
