During our Phys E.D coarse this year we have done basketball twice, near the beginning of the year and in April which is just 2 months ago. During the two basketball sessions we have learned skills, teamwork. Control and positioning.
Skills: At the first part of basketball we learned shooting (form, spin on the ball and timing) also the different types of passes (chest pass, bounce pass, lob passes and swinging the ball).

…showed last 75 words of 305 total…everyone fells apart of the success. We also did lay-ups with both hands, that's good for driving and sense none of us can dunk we can at least get comfortable driving from to left or right without using the opposite hand because that will make our chances of getting blocked higher. Anyway Over all I think that our basketball course was one of the most enjoyable of the sports we have done this year.
