An epic hero is a larger than life figure who embodies the ideals of a nation or race. Epic heros take part in long dangerous adventures and accoplish great deeds, requireing great courage and super human strength. In my opinion I don't think that Odysseus is an epic hero. In conclusion Odyessus is not an epic hero. He may be a hero but not an epic hero. He didn't save anybody from anything, he just delayed death for them. He also didn't really do to many herioc things. Just for the record Odysseus is not an epic hero.
