Within society poverty has been a factor towards the increase of social class inequality since the 1980's.

Even though, the chapter is inclining that there is an increase of job employment within urban areas it doesn't entail that those jobs can financially secure a person's liability. Nevertheless, if they "claim" that poverty is decreasing throughout the years. Overall, the sources have made valuable points yet there seemed to have been a contrast between poverty vs. inequality which on the both parts where viable within reason.
