Once Upon A Time
Almost is good enough, with grenades and horseshoes. I believe the author, Nadine
Gordimer, was paranoid, guilty and a childless old bitch.
Old Nadine does not write children’s stories. She does not like being told what she
‘Ought’ to write either. Its clear that the letter she received, from someone, really hit a
nerve with her. She acted like a bitch when reacting to …showed first 75 words of 574 total…

the shoe close enough to the pin and you score points. Throw the grenade in the
general area of the enemy and you cause injury. Have a kid scale a wall and become
entangled in razor sharp barbed wire and you’ve scored points with your conscious.
Nadine is guilty, guilty for not writing children’s stories. She made herself feel better by
telling herself a story she would not have told children.
