…showed last 75 words of 887 total…out roles of employees to the point where they are performing mindless, repetitive tasks made me realize the seriousness that McDonaldization plays in our lives. To me, the consequence of this will be that someday all human workers will be replaced because it is more efficient for machines to do the work. So, although McDonaldization has made many companies successful, there is a very serious potential downside that could have an effect on everyone.
