Born Ricardo D’ Amico Chamberlan in Columbus, Ohio, I was the baby of a black man whose only crime was marrying a white woman. My mom, a Bay area native, grew up in Castro Valley while my dad was born and raised in South Central, Los Angeles. Somehow faith brought them together, ultimately producing a baby, me.

Life goes on no matter what people say or do to you. I grew up the hard way learning that for my self. Now I am trying to make a stand, learn from my mistakes, and be myself. You are your own rainbow. Racism and social prejudices will exist until the end of mankind. The only way to defeat it is to let its affects be minimal. Ignorance should be ignored, not supported.
