A Dialogue of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity

society”. After all, society is rapidly becoming more diverse and it would only be to our benefit to
create a diverse educational environment to accommodate such diversity. I also feel the need for
more minority role models to give children a goal to strive for. As Gertrude Ezorsky says,
“achieving what this nation has never know- occupational integration, [and] racial justice in the
workplace.”
